Everyone should be able to use this site
We aim at the WCAG AA standard. We are not going to claim we have perfectly hit it, because almost nobody who claims that has actually tested it.
What we do
- Text and background colours are checked for contrast
- Every page works by keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline
- Headings run in order, so a screen reader can move through the page
- Images carry alternative text, and forms carry real labels
- Pages reflow on a phone without horizontal scrolling
- Nothing flashes, auto-plays sound, or traps you in an overlay
Where we know we fall short
The booking calendar on our thank-you page is an embedded third-party widget. We do not control its markup, so its keyboard and screen-reader behaviour is not ours to promise. If it blocks you, call +1 213-306-4091 and we will book the time with you directly.
