The clock starts at your first payment
Not at the call, not at the contract. The day your 50% kickoff payment lands, week one begins.
Week eight is the line
Eight weeks later your build is live: campaigns or pages running, leads landing in the CRM, tracking reporting.
If it is not live, we keep going free
No new invoice, no scope argument, no hourly rate. We keep building until it is live and you pay nothing more for those weeks.

The ones people actually ask
Eight weeks is not a stretch target we are hoping to hit. It is how long the build takes when the work is a known sequence rather than a discovery project. The guarantee costs us nothing on a normal build and costs us weeks on a bad one, which is exactly the point of writing it down.
Is this a money-back guarantee?
No, and we would rather be straight about that than let you find out later. The remedy is more work at no extra cost, not a refund. If eight weeks pass and your build is not live, we keep building until it is and you are not billed for those weeks.
What if the delay is my fault?
Then the clock pauses for that stretch. We need access, approvals and your content to build anything, and we will tell you in writing the day we are waiting on you rather than springing it on you at week eight.
Does the guarantee cover results?
No. It covers delivery only. Rankings, lead volume and cost per lead depend on your market, your price and your close rate, and nobody can guarantee those honestly. Anyone who does is selling you something else.
What if I want out partway through?
You keep everything built up to that point, in your own accounts and your own name. The retainer afterwards is month to month with no lock-in, so leaving is an email rather than a negotiation.
